Foundational yoga. Appropriate for people wanting to improve their flexibility, strength and balance. Appropriate for all levels. Class focuses on slow stretching along with dynamic movements to build strength, balance and improve performance and prevent over-use injuries. Great for people involved in pickleball, tennis, golf, cycling and other movement and twisting intensive sports.
Every Tuesday 4:30-5:30PM; This same class is also on Saturdays from 3:30-4:30PM
