Join Linda Diehnelt for a 5 session yoga class series that will focus on gentle movements working on balance, flexibility, strength and agility. The classes will help you extend kindness and acceptance of who you are and where you are in your life. It will teach mindfulness practices to cultivate appreciation for the fullness and gratitude of each moment and include restorative yoga poses which will help release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Time: 2-3pm and will be held at her home.
Cost: $20.00 per person for the 5 class series.
Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes your can easily move in.
