Foundational yoga taught by Brandy Wismer. Appropriate for people wanting to improve their flexibility, strength and balance. Appropriate for all levels. Class focuses on slow stretching along with dynamic movements to build strength, balance and improve performance and prevent over-use injuries. Great for people involved in pickleball, tennis, golf, cycling and other movement and twisting intensive sports. Foundational Classes are Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 pm & Saturdays at 3:30-4:30 pm in the CATC Building Room 103
Slow Flow RESTORE Yoga
Our vinyasa style class taught by Brandy Wismer incorporates breath and movement in an "all-levels welcome" environment.
The class includes fun music and movement in a slower paced class that emphasizes holding basic poses and breathing to build strength, flexibility and balance in your body & your life. Appropriate for all levels.
Restore Classes are Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30pm in the CATC Building Room 103

Restore & Renew: Cultivate the Fullness and Gratitude of Each Moment
Join Linda Diehnelt for a 5 session yoga class series that will focus on gentle movements working on balance, flexibility, strength and agility. The Restore & Renew Series will help you extend kindness and acceptance of who you are and where you are in your life. The series will teach mindfulness practices to cultivate appreciation for the fullness and gratitude of each moment and include restorative yoga poses which will help release tension and encourage deep relaxation.
The 5 class series will be on April 10, 17, May 1, 8, 15.
Time: 2-3pm and will be held at her home.
Cost: $20.00 per person for the 5 class series.
Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes your can easily move in.

Mats are available for students that do not have one.
Please come 10-15 minutes early for your first class to fill out an information and waiver registration form.
Please be courteous to your fellow students and be ready to start at the scheduled time.
